We’re delighted you are considering joining us at the Hopeville Kite Festival. Please complete the Vendor Application below and someone at the South Grey Chamber of Commerce will be in touch soon with next steps.

1) Make a Vendor Application to the South Grey Chamber of Commerce (form below).

2) South Grey Chamber of Commerce will Approve or Deny the Application.

3) Once Approved, the South Grey Chamber of Commerce will send you a Contract to Sign.

4) The contract will Include details for the Certificate of Liability Insurance (up to $2 million) you

will need for the event. Your own, or any insurance broker, can provide you with this.

5) You will then be Invoiced for the Event. Once the Invoice is Paid your place is secured.
