Blake started with 2- line stunt kites many years ago, which lead to 4- line power kites, then that lead to snow kiting and kiteboarding in the early 2000’s, some hangliding and more recently paragliding. With a very aviation-oriented family, if it fly’s then Blake has probably done it. Together with his wife Cathy, Blake attended last years Kitefest where they met some wonderful folks who welcomed them into their kite fliers’ group. Fast forward a few months and many new kites later, you could say that they have been fully immersed into the world of show kites. Meeting fellow kite fliers and making new friends is the best part of attending kite festivals.
